Engineering Grade Materials
About
Engineering grade materials are our most durable and most mechanically sound materials. They produce robust working prototypes and end-use parts that are reliable for complex workloads and will last through heavy wear and tear.

About PETG
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) is the most commonly used plastic in the world. In 3D printing we use PETG, the "G" stands for Glycol, an additive which makes the material easier to print and increases its clarity. PETG is a great choice for many applications as it can be as strong as ABS, can be optically clear, has flexibility and is highly impact resistant.

About CF-PETG
CF-PETG (Carbon Fiber Polyethylene Terephthlate Glycol) is very similar to Standard PETG but is blended and composited with carbon fiber strands. This reduces the plastics tendency to warp and reduces the flexibily of the material making it more suited for applications that require rigid strong parts.

About CF-Nylon
CF-Nylon (Carbon Fiber PA66) is created by adding micro-carbon fibers to nylon. This allows you to get a tough material capable of printing parts with stiffness, impact resistance, and high tensile strength. CF-Nylon is our most expensive material but can be the most impressive.
